In an effort to better assist our distributors and operators of Arrow bingo equipment, we are asking our customers to call our Technical Assistance Center at 800-277-6214 on the resolution of all technical issues and inquiries. This same number will also be available for after hours support, and will give the customer the option of either reaching a standby analyst for critical issues, or leaving a message for next day support if desired.

By increasing our staff and implementing this dedicated toll-free line, we can now directly connect the caller to a Technical Assistance Analyst. This process will ensure that calls are answered promptly with minimal delays. It will also give Arrow management the ability to monitor call data, and make the necessary adjustments to continually improve overall performance.
